We are looking for a School Business Manager.

Do you have what it takes to manage the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Drive, enthusiasm, resilience and positive attitudes
• An in depth awareness of confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong partnership skills, including ability to work professionally and confidently in close liaison with schools and other agencies
• Financial and personnel skills
• Ability to lead a team of staff with varied roles
• An understanding of school compliance
• Experience in completing staff appraisals
• Strong organisational skills
