Pastoral Care Manager
Required for Spring 2 2026 (after February half term) – or as soon as possible thereafter
Salary Grade Range: PO3- PO4
Contract: Permanent; Term Time Only; 35 hrs a week

Robert Blair School is a one form entry primary school with Under 3’s provision situated near the
Caledonian Road. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Pastoral Care Manager who will lead on
safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, personal development and extended day provision.

curriculum, together with a high-quality environment and excellent pastoral care.

As our Pastoral Care Manager, you will be non-class based and lead a small team. You will work in close
partnership with the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads in the school: the Head of School and the
Assistant Head teacher, as well as the SENDCo. You will be a member of our leadership team and continue
to build on our strong partnership working with wider services, including CAMHS, School Well-Being
Service, Early Help, our Education Welfare Officer and health professionals.
