We have an exciting new opportunity for an Organisational Development Partner to join our ambitious and friendly team.

Main duties of the job

You will lead on the delivery of organisational development initiatives and interventions working closely with senior stakeholders and line managers to support and implement new ways of working and ensure that the skills and capacity of the workforce meet current and emerging organisational needs.

You will develop and deliver initiatives that support the embedding of organisational values and collaboratively deliver aspects of culture change campaigns.

You will work with HR colleagues to ensure organisational development initiatives are integrated across the organisation and support the achievement of the council’s goals.

Although this is a full time role of 35 hours per week we would be happy to consider applications from those wishing to work as part of a job share. We also welcome flexible working requests such as compressed working hours. A mix of office and home working will also apply.
