- A qualified teacher with strong experience in Key Stage 2
- Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and age-related expectations
- A passion for delivering engaging, creative, and challenging learning opportunities
- Strong classroom practice that promotes confidence, independence, and a love of learning
- Dedicated to supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs, working imaginatively and with a strong commitment to inclusion to ensure every child is given the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
- Skilled in assessment, feedback, and using this to inform next steps in learning
- A reflective practitioner who can adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Someone who values strong relationships with families and works collaboratively with colleagues
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and high expectations for every child
