About The Role

An opportunity has arisen in the Sundry Income Team (SIT) for a Technical Officer. You will be supporting your colleagues through advice and training and helping the Sundry Income Team Manager deliver a high-quality service.
 
Successful applicants will be dedicated professionals, using their expertise and collaborative approach to maximise income collection and sound management of the Sundry Debtors ledger. Some of your duties include:
  • Supporting colleagues with specialist advice and guidance to ensure a "right first time" approach
  • Preparation of management information on debt collection performance
  • Leading on projects to enhance and control the team's systems and processes 
  • Deputising for the Sundry Income Team Manager to ensure continuity of service.
