The Headteacher and Governors at Kate Greenaway Nursery

to join us as our new School Business Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of
professional team at Kate Greenaway Nursery School. The successful person will
report directly to the Headteacher and will take day to day responsibility for
the financial management of the school, administration, premises, and HR.

Kate Greenaway Nursery School is a vibrant and friendly
Early Years provision with a strong reputation locally and is very popular with
families. We are part of the Islington Bright Start South Children’s Centre
Area. Our school is situated at the heart of King's Cross and sits within a
small social housing estate, serving a wonderfully diverse local
community.

Selection process

We are planning to shortlist by Thursday 12 December
2024 and interviews will take place on the week of Monday
16 December 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be provided with further

The post will be offered subject to satisfactory
completion of pre-employment checks including references. In all cases at
least two professional references are required.

Safeguarding children
|
Prior to appointment, formal checks will be made in
accordance with the current statutory requirements relating to child
protection.
In line with KCSIE and safer recruitment practices,
the school will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates. The
online search is part of our safeguarding checks and will seek publicly
available information on candidates’ suitability to work with children.
Shortlisted candidates will be provided with further
