Full Time, 36 hours per week

Permanent Post

We are seeking a self-starter, with excellent computer and administrative skills to come and join our newly restructured Transport Brokering Team.

This is a new post and will support the maintenance of the Management Information Systems for the Brokering Team, the payment of contractors and parents and assist the team leads in various administrative duties. You will need proven experience in compiling basic reports, have excellent customer service skills and demonstrate you can deal with confidential and sensitive issues.

Experience and/or knowledge of working within a Transport environment or working with similar processes that require accuracy and attention to detail would desirable.

In return, you will be offered extensive in-house training and an opportunity to develop skills in a transport environment. You will be given regular supervision and be part of a thriving dynamic team.
