Ambler Primary School and Children’s Centre is an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ provision and we are seeking to appoint a receptionist with strong school experience as well as a high level of competency in administration.

We are looking for someone who has the passion and commitment to contribute to an enthusiastic and dynamic team.

We need a proactive, effective and positive receptionist who will meet and greet all visitors to the provision and efficiently manage calls and messages. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Reception duties for the children’s centre creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and children.
  • Answering telephone calls and answer machine messages, responding to queries as required or referring to the appropriate staff member
  • Managing emails
