We are seeking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to deliver cover lessons to students in Years 7 to 11 and to support the education and welfare of pupils. You will have knowledge of the National Curriculum as well as experience of a classroom setting. We are looking for an individual willing to teach any subject or a Cover Supervisor with a subject specialism.
The role of Cover Supervisor is to supervise whole classes across all key stages during the short-term absence of teachers and to respond to questions and generally assist students in undertaking set activities.
This post would suit either an experienced Teaching Assistant, those with experience working in a school environment and for those interested in joining the teaching profession who would like some school based experience. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to support and track the learning of students.
