Energy Conservation Officer

The post provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in the energy management profession. You will form part of a team that provides energy surveying and auditing, data analysis and design advice support to the council. There will be opportunities to deliver a range of energy related projects, and would suit a person with a technical or engineering background.

The role is varied and demanding, with work streams that include renewable energy and decentralised energy schemes. To be successful in this role you will be well motivated and well organised.

The minimum qualification is an HND or degree in an energy-related subject or two years energy conservation experience.

This role will require you to obtain an Enhanced satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
