Assistant HR Adviser
Salary Grade: Scale 4 (£21,810 – £23,610 per annum)
Contractual Status: Fixed term until December 2017 (maternity cover)
Hours: 35 hours per week

We are looking for an Assistant HR Adviser to join our experienced Schools HR team, who will provide HR admin and basic HR advisory support to schools/academies.

As first point of contact for school administrative officers, business managers, school staff and members of the public, you must be customer focussed, have good interpersonal skills, be well organised and able to work in a fast paced environment, meeting tight and often conflicting deadlines.

You will need to have excellent IT, numeracy and written skills and have the ability to manage data within various databases including the entering of records, and the ability to analyse and report on information. Attention to detail, flexibility and can do attitude are paramount to this role.
