West Green Primary School – Assistant Administration Officer/Communications

Salary: £10,686- £11,595 (Scale: 4, Spinal Point 18-21) based on experience

Contract: Term Time Only - 20 hours per week

The responsibilities within this role include the assisted management of Administration, Catering, Facilities Management, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Information Infrastructure.

West Green Primary School is looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic and well-spoken individual with an excellent telephone manner and with strong reception and communication skills, as well as outstanding computer skills.

The successful candidate will help to be responsible for our main reception area.

Duties include meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with a high volume of incoming telephone calls and personal visitors, filtering calls and dealing with general enquiries, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, photocopying, data input, sending e-mails and SMS to stakeholders, updating social media accounts and school website and creating the school newsletter.
